Our Coordinators work as a team to seamlessly navigate throughout the day. Couples are assigned a Bridal Party Liaison and Vendor Liaison, ensuring all moving pieces harmoniously work together.

Bridal Party Liaison

  • Coordinates Rehearsal

  • Distributes Ceremonial flowers

  • Leads Processional

  • Assists with Bridal/Family photos

  • Assists with bustling Bridal Gown

  • Cues the Bridal Party and Couple for special moments

  • Coordinates Bride and Groom send off

  • Places gifts and cards in Bride and Groom's vehicle


Vendor Liaison

  • Distributes timeline to vendors

  • Checks in vendors

  • Oversees venue set-up and teardown

  • Works with Venue Manager

  • Cues vendors for special moments (Bridal Party entrance, first dance, cake cutting, etc…)

  • Updates vendors on evolving timeline

  • Distributes vendor gratuity
